A luxury Italian fashion house Tod’s celebrates its world-renowned craftsmanship by collaborating with a visionary fashion photographer Tim Walker in a campaign titled ‘The Art of Craftsmanship – A Project by Tim Walker’. With the photographer’s unmistakable style, Tod’s launched a photography exhibition, that premiered during Milan Design Week 2023. Presented at an invite-only event in Singapore, the experience was extended by a launch of an exclusive capsule collection during the experiential retail store pop-up at Paragon, Orchard.
The interior fit-out within the event space showcased large graphic banners together with a feature wall, built to resemble the famous shoe studs in vibrant orange. An oversized display of a classic leather ‘Di Bag’ was constructed as part of the experience, located next to an installed set of suspended displays of photo frames.
The retail pop-up experience ‘The Art of Craftsmanship’ was assembled on-site, with pieces of the exhibition display carefully installed, following the global requirements of the Group. Additional enhancements included installation of lighting fixtures and quality checks through the existing sets, prepared to embark on their journey to various destinations worldwide.
