Celebrating Singapore’s repute as the home of the Formula 1® night race and the nation’s 60th anniversary, the Singapore Suite featured an experiential design concept inspired by the speed and precision of the motorsport. Themed ‘Zero to Sixty’, the Suite revealed a themed interior design defined by geometric forms and sleek, clean lines, embodying a visual language of velocity and momentum.
Every element within the Suite was thoughtfully curated to showcase the hallmarks of the iconic night race, while highlighting Singapore’s continuous drive towards the future. To complement the visual concept, dynamic angular graphics rippled across the space to amplify the sensation of acceleration, while a refined palette of metallic finishes and vivid accents captured the aerodynamic precision of Formula 1® engineering.

The Gallery Walkway presented an immersive experiential narrative of the Formula 1® Singapore Grand Prix, guiding guests through a thoughtfully curated exhibition journey that brought the most iconic moments from various seasons of the race to life. Central to this experience was the main installation – a reimagined racetrack that seamlessly extended across the walls and ceiling, designed to showcase the defining characteristics of the circuit.
Along the sinuous, dynamic trajectory of the racetrack, the installation showcased the drivers’ personal quotes alongside displays of miniature replica Formula 1® car models, offering a glimpse into their distinctive experiences and perspectives on the Singapore race.
“Offering panoramic views of the starting line-up of the Formula 1® Singapore Grand Prix, the interior fit-out of Singapore Suite was designed to interpret the race’s storied legacy through a bold, contemporary lens.”
This mural was created by four Visual Arts students from the School of the Arts’ (SOTA) IB Career Programme, in collaboration with Dezign Format Group Limited and Singapore Suite.
