ABOUT DEZIGN FORMAT GROUP LIMITED

Dezign Format Group Limited and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) specialise in delivering events, exhibitions, and décor services to clients across diverse industries, with a particular focus on the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (“MICE”) sector.

With more than 37 years of experience and a portfolio of global clientele, the Group’s core businesses are categorised as follows:

1. Events, Exhibitions & Décor Services

Led by the Group’s flagship entity, Dezign Format Pte. Ltd., the in-house team of specialists offers a comprehensive suite of tailored, end-to-end design and build solutions, with expertise in curating bespoke concepts to suit elaborate proposals. The Group’s diverse capabilities encompass a broad spectrum of projects, including events and exhibitions, festive décor, museum and galleries, themed experiences, and permanent build.

2. Commercial & Retail Fit-Out

The Commercial and Retail Fit-Out business segment focuses on providing interior fit-out services, tailored to its customers’ functional and aesthetic requirements. These services include but are not limited to the design and fabrication of pop-up stores, brand activation campaigns, travelling exhibitions, visual merchandising displays, and bespoke retail environments.

3. Immersive Location-Based Entertainment & Experiences

Immersive Location-Based Entertainment and Experiences (‘LBE’) are led and curated by the Group’s subsidiaries Immersive Realms Pte. Ltd. and DF Experiences Pte. Ltd. The Group develops, licenses, and commercialises immersive LBE projects using both proprietary and third-party intellectual properties. Content from its LBE projects may also be leased and licensed to third parties, including intellectual properties co-owned with joint venture partners.
