Energy Story Exhibition

Jointly presented by Science Centre Singapore, the Energy Market Authority, and SP Group, the Energy Story exhibition was a comprehensive, multi-zone experiential showcase that spanned 400 square metres. Featuring six purpose-built zones, the exhibition presented the evolution, transformation, and future of energy through a dynamic range of immersive and multimedia mediums.

From a multiplayer city-planning game to an interactive solar-powered glider station, the exhibition integrated education and play to make complex energy concepts accessible and engaging. Designed to offer visitors a hands-on, narrative-driven experience that informed and inspired, every element was custom-fabricated to create an impactful and tactile learning journey, reinforcing key educational outcomes in a meaningful and memorable way.

Thoughtfully curated to reflect the interconnectedness of the energy system – from production and transformation to consumption – the exhibition intuitively guided visitors across the various zones. Through this seamless flow, visitors got to discover the different facets of the energy ecosystem, gaining insight into how each component plays a vital role in shaping a more resilient and sustainable future.

To enrich visitors’ experiences and foster deeper engagement, the bespoke exhibits were enhanced with gamified and interactive elements. These features encouraged hands-on exploration, meaningful discovery, and critical thinking, providing a holistic learning experience.
