Swedish home furnishings retailer IKEA has revamped the interior fit-out of several showrooms at Alexandra to feature the newest design trends and latest additions to the store, presenting a refreshing take to shoppers. In line with the signature Scandinavian style, the retail interior design of the kitchen and bedroom sections was given a makeover, together with the installation of custom-built display podiums, panels and shelves across the retail space.

To accommodate the new layout, our craftsmen replaced several sections of the deck with concrete grey vinyl floorings – one of IKEA’s distinctive features. Complemented by bespoke showcase racks finished in matte white, it presented a clean and modern aesthetic, enhancing the display of IKEA’s seasonal pieces.
